The School of Ministry is Thrive’s program designed to train current and future church leaders. It is made available to any leader in a Thrive member church to strengthen their foundations. It is mandatory training for anyone aspiring to become a church planter or enter some other form of vocational ministry.
The School of Ministry’s Church Leadership Track involves 12 months of cohort-based instruction, reflective exercises, and individual mentoring. Participants also engage in a yearlong process group with their cohort. More than professional skills, the Church Leadership Track focuses on spiritual formation, emotional health, and the building of identity and leadership around brokenness and self-awareness.
